Process configuration of 120 meter single-sided Corrugated Cardboard Production Line：

1. Maximum production width: 1400-2200mm

Design speed: 150m/min

Economic speed: 100-120m/min

Note: The paper used for production line speed testing should meet the following requirements: (The surface temperature of the equipment should not be lower than 172 ℃ or above)

The grade of the base paper shall not be lower than Grade B. The moisture content of the base paper is approximately 11% ± 2%

* Face paper: 100-250g/m2 * Core paper: 100-180g/m2

2. Corrugated combination: A, C, B, E (or customer's choice)

3. Steam volume is about 500Kg/Hr, maximum pressure: 1.2Mpa, commonly used pressure: 0.8-1.1Mpa

4. Power supply: 380V 50Hz three-phase four wire system
