Main performance characteristics:

The second layer gluing machine is used to transport corrugated paper from the overpass, preheat and heat it up, apply glue again, and then enter the double-sided machine for gelatinization and bonding, producing three layers and five layers of cardboard.
The frame has a cast iron structure and stable performance. The diameter of the upper and middle preheaters is 400mm, which increases the paper temperature for easy glue gelatinization. The double pressure roller design ensures even glue coating, and the stainless steel glue tank automa
tically circulates the glue supply.
After the surface of the glue roller is quenched and tempered, the inner hole is processed, and the dynamic balance surface is finely ground and engraved with concave mesh patterns. Large diameter uniform glue roller dynamic balance treatment, copper plate scraping, uniform and consistent gluing, saving glue and steam, and smooth cardboard
The transmission of the adhesive unit is controlled by a servo motor through a reducer directly connected structure, and the linear speed of the adhesive roller is synchronized with the double-sided machine through frequency conversion control, which can also operate independently. Using angle sensors, PLC, and touch screen human-machine interface display. Automatically control the amount of glue according to different paper types and vehicle speeds, and adjust the gap between the pressure rollers according to different corrugations without accumulating errors.
