Structural characteristics:

Adopting a negative pressure design with low heat loss, the core paper can be uniformly compressed and attached to the surface of the corrugated roller, making the corrugated better formed. Because the pressure is uniform, the top of the corrugated paper can be better and evenly coated with glue, making the single-sided corrugated paper better bonded.
Quick roll change, 10 minutes. When replacing the corrugated rollers, use a trolley to tow the entire set of corrugated rollers into the machine and fix it on the machine base. Simply press the button switch to quickly complete the replacement of the corrugated rollers.
The corrugated roller is made of 48CrMo high-quality alloy steel, which has undergone heat treatment, and the surface has been ground and treated with tungsten carbide.
