Main performance characteristics:

Adopting a cover suction negative pressure structure, the high-pressure fan attaches the corrugated paper to the corrugated roller. Easy to apply adhesive, with a simple structure and easy maintenance.
The rack adopts a high-grade cast iron structure, which is high-strength, has good shock absorption, and has undergone tempering treatment without deformation.
The material of the corrugated roller is 50CrMoA alloy steel, which has been quenched and tempered, medium frequency quenched, and surface polished. The diameter of the main corrugated roller is 292mm, and the surface is treated with tungsten carbide tile roller or chrome plating. The tile roller and pressure roller bearings adopt high-temperature resistant double row roller bearings. High temperature grease lubrication. Pressure roller. The corrugated roller adopts airbag pressurization, which has good buffering effect, long service life, and maintenance free.
The glue unit can be moved out horizontally as a whole, with easy disassembly and maintenance. The cylinder controls the glue feeding and dispensing action sensitively, and the copper plate scrapes the glue clean. The electric rubber blocking plate controls the width of the glue application, using an angle sensor, PLC, and touch screen. Automatically control the amount of glue according to different paper materials and vehicle speeds, without accumulating errors.
The host is equipped with a large diameter preheater, which concentrates heat and has a large preheating area. No additional preheating device is required, and the lower preheating roller is ¥ 600mm. Upper preheating roller ¥ 400mm. Reasonable matching, electric adjustment of preheating package corner area. The core paper is equipped with a humidifier.
Adopting gearbox universal shaft transmission, the gears undergo high-frequency quenching and hardening treatment. Oil bed lubrication, lifelong lifespan. Variable frequency motor speed regulation, energy-saving and efficient.
